Dentistry
of Old Town Scottsdale plays an important role in strengthening
the well-being of its community, providing excellent dental care
services and outreach to local service organizations. Among the
organizations supported is the Scottsdale
Active 20-30 Club, a group founded with the named
objective to support children's charities.
By hosting
special events, the club draws the community together to raise
funds for, and to educate our citizens about the financial, medical,
and emotional needs of Arizona's children. This club differs from
other service organizations in that it not only raises money for
children's charities, but also encourages "hands on"
interaction with the children it supports.
Dentistry
of Old Town Scottsdale also supports the Fiesta
Bowl Committee. Dr. Brittain has served in various
roles for this organization including a Commissioner role. The
Fiesta Bowl was first played in 1971 and has generated over $2.2
billion dollars for the state’s economy and paid more than
$389 million dollars to national universities.
In addition
to these, and many other charitable causes that Dentistry of Old
Town Scottsdale supports, Dr. Brittain serves on the board with
Scottsdale
Leadership. This is one of the finest organizations
available to a person that wants to enhance the local community.
Scottsdale Leadership has graduated more than 700 individuals
since its inception in 1986. Scottsdale Leadership graduates positively
impact civic, philanthropic, business, and cultural organizations
in the community, state, and region.
