   I come from a small Oklahoma town of just over 8,000 people. I have always valued and tried to maintain the feel of a community. Although Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the nation now, it doesn’t project itself as a mass of urbanization. This is especially true in areas like Scottsdale where there is a level of community pride outside of that devoted to greater Phoenix. The appeal that my wife and I had to this area over other cities (such as San Diego, Dallas, Kansas City) was the exciting growth and culture in addition to the comfort and security of the small town feel.
   Since arriving here, we have fallen in love with the recreational level. There is always something exciting happening, and the weather doesn’t dictate most of your plans. The neighbors and patients that we have met are very welcoming and give off an aura of happiness and contentment. The day-to-day resident of this city really believes in the direction that it is heading and the approach that is being taken.
   I also believe very strongly in the direction that is being taken by Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale. We have maintained a practice that has kept the patient first and foremost. We offer all of the cosmetics, orthodontics, bleaching and newer procedures that define the dental practices of today. I am looking forward to sharing the vision of the practice with each and every one of you. It will be very exciting as we build the dental office that you want to be yours.
